Following recent Defra changes we are now only able to open for what they refer to as ‘Welfare Grooming’.
Please phone 07706253886 for further information and to make an appointment if you believe your pet is in need of a welfare groom.
We will ask for images or a video of your pet to be sent to us in order to support your thoughts and so, as we are now required to do, we can use our professional judgement to determine whether we can, under the new terms imposed on us by Defra , justify a welfare groom at present. We will keep any images on file to support our decision.
Please understand that these new rules, whilst unacceptable to us and which indeed we are challenging, are currently the law now and so we must comply fully.
